AI Agent Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and AI-powered automation solutions for business and organisational processes.
• Develop intelligent workflows using large language models (LLMs), APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Build AI solutions for MSMEs, including business diagnostics, customer support, reporting, knowledge management, and process automation.
• Integrate AI agents with databases, business applications, and third-party platforms.
• Evaluate AI models, optimise agent performance, and implement appropriate security and data protection controls.
• Research emerging AI tools, agentic AI architectures, and practical applications of generative AI.
• Collaborate with programme teams to identify business problems that can be addressed through AI.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Practical experience with Python, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI automation.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and workflow automation tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and implementation skills.
• Preferred Experience: 2–6 years.
