Vice President – CSR

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CSR programmes in education, entrepreneurship, skill development, livelihood generation, sustainability, and community development.
• Build strategic partnerships with corporates, foundations, government institutions, and development organisations.
• Identify CSR funding opportunities and develop project proposals aligned with corporate priorities.
• Design project implementation frameworks, budgets, impact indicators, and monitoring systems.
• Coordinate CSR project execution and ensure compliance with applicable requirements under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013, and relevant CSR Rules.
• Oversee impact assessment, utilisation reporting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop long-term partnerships for sustainable and measurable social impact.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA, MSW, postgraduate degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in CSR programme management, corporate partnerships, fundraising, or social impact projects.
• Understanding of CSR regulations, project proposal development, monitoring and evaluation, and impact reporting.
• Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Preferred Experience: 8–12 years.
