Programme Head

Programme Management & Institutional Development

7–12 years. experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of institutional programmes, training initiatives, and development projects.
Develop programme strategies, implementation plans, budgets, and operational frameworks.
Coordinate with government departments, academic institutions, industry partners, and subject-matter experts.
Supervise programme managers, coordinators, trainers, and implementation teams.
Monitor deliverables, milestones, performance indicators, and programme outcomes.
Prepare progress reports, review presentations, and programme completion reports.
Identify new programme opportunities and support institutional partnerships and expansion.

Postgraduate degree in Management, Business Administration, Development Studies, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in programme or project management, preferably in government-funded projects, skill development, entrepreneurship, or MSME development.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale programmes.
Preferred Experience: 7–12 years.
